GROUP TRAINING WORKSHOPS
Training focus can be adapted to suit group and organisational requirements. Group workshop duration can also be customised.
Emotional intelligence (EI) skills include self-awareness, awareness of others, authenticity, emotional reasoning, self-management, positive influence.

EI ASSESSMENT & FEEDBACK REPORTS
Participants have the option of completing a self-assessment questionnaire and may also choose to have others rate their demonstration of EI by completing an EI questionnaire. The results of an assessment are compiled into a beautifully presented and statistically sound report, supported by a wealth of peer-reviewed research. Reports focus on developing specific EI behaviours required for working with others effectively. Reports also include an option to focus on developing EI leadership behaviours. Participants may select either the Self, 180° or 360° report option.

INDIVIDUAL EI COACHING & FEEDBACK
EI assessment and feedback reports are debriefed during a personalised coaching session. Sessions focus on supporting participants to develop EI based on report insights. Participants will be provided with practical development suggestions and support to create a personalised action plan for EI development.

- EI Assessment and Feedback Results Booklet.
Confidentiality: All reports include an option for assessors to provide anonymous feedback. Please note that EI assessments are strictly confidential and report results will only be provided to the participant and trainer.
